City Lisbon

•Playing an active role in the overall activity of Recruitment & Talent Sourcing to meet the goals of attracting, hiring and retaining the best talent, while growing a strong pipeline of Candidates and contributing to continuous improvement through suggestions of best practices

•Sourcing and attracting Candidates through various sources, including preparing and launching job adverts, regular using sourcing tools (e.g. About Me, Linked In), addressing pre-approved  Recruitment agencies

•Acting as a point of contact and building influential relationships with candidates during the assessment and selection process

•Keeping the most updated and complete information in Recruitment tools, in order to ensure accuracy and resilience in Recruitment, as well as to support decision making

•Assessing Candidates by performing interviews and applying other assessment tools.



•Masters degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field

•More than 3 years of experience in Recruitment or other HR roles

•Knowledge of Human Resources

•Knowledge of Assessment/evaluation

•Experience using Applications Tracking Systems (ATS)

•Fluency in English.
