Job role: Brand Activation Trainee (m/f)

Helps to implement the professional programs of consumer health division contributing to build strong brand awareness across and driven brand’s recommendation a special in our JNJ online training platform. Brands in scope: all the consumer healthcare brands involve on the professional activation strategy (Self Care, Skin Health and Essential Health).

Job description:

  • Helps to manage the training platform – helps to manage the JNJ online training platform, prepare the documents and templates for the webinars, coordinate with the international teams the implementations on time; coordinate with the Brand Activation Managers the main initiatives per brand and help to implement them; evaluate and propose improvements in the platform.
  • Professional Business Plan Implementation – Learn how to develop the Professional Strategy with the Professional Activation manager; helps to develop the professional materials to be use each cycle; Be part of the training sessions and webinars perform with HCP’s.
  • Prescribers and Consumer understanding – be prepare to get insights (external & internal) by going to the market with the detailing and sales team, and propose actions that generate growth for our brands with our customers – doctors and pharmacists;
  • Internal Meetings – Helps the team to prepare and present the results and activities, special focusing on Professional Platform.
  • Finance responsibilities – Helps in Budget control, PO’s creation and report control.
  • Health & Safety – Guarantee the full compliance with all health and safety internal guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • CREDO, Conduct & Compliance – Follow all Conduct and Compliance rules as per Company guidelines and policies as well as local regulations. Always Be a Credo Role champion in everything it is done.
  • University Degree in Pharmacy or related Life Science
  • Experience in Professional Activation / Marketing is valued
  • Fluent in local language and English
  • Immediately available
