Responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees’ queries during their entire life-cycle experience at BNP Paribas. Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs/tools;
Ensures Human Resource Information Systems data maintenance, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration.
Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow thru all other support documentation for hiring purposes;
Update internal databases with new hire/employees’ information;
Gather payroll data and working days;
Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on the labor law;
Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance;
Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations;
Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
Up to 2 years Human Resources
Fluency in English is required
Proficient use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Attention to detail/rigor
Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
Ability to deliver/Results driven
Ability to understand, explain and support change
